02What affects the price

Way of setting up

e-ΥΜΣ is the cheapest option. A notary is needed only in special cases (e.g. contribution of property).

Accountant

An ΙΚΕ keeps double-entry books. The fee depends on the volume of documents. We do not price it, because we did not find a reliable published range.

Articles of association

The model articles are free. A tailor-made version needs a lawyer.

medium
Business tax (τέλος επιτηδεύματος)

According to aptax.gr, for an ΙΚΕ while it applies: 800 € for a seat in areas of up to 200,000 inhabitants, 1,000 € in larger cities.

medium
Social security contributions

The manager/sole partner is insured with the ΕΦΚΑ (national social security fund). It is the biggest fixed cost.

03Regional differences

The public fees are the same across the country. Chamber subscriptions differ from chamber to chamber. The business tax, where it applies, depends on the population of the seat.
