We collect personal data only when you send it to us yourself, for example through the contact form: name, email address and your message. The site has no user accounts, registration or payments.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to reply to your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to requests and, for the form, your consent.
Retention and disclosure
Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply to them and to keep a record of the correspondence, and are then deleted. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except for the hosting and email providers that are necessary for the site to operate.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as data portability. To exercise them write to info@kostizei.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, dpa.gr).
