kostizei.gr is an independent price guide. We do not sell services, we are not tradespeople and we take no commission from any professional. Our aim is to show a realistic price range, so that you know what to expect before you ask for a quote.
How the prices are derived
Every guide is based on published sources: price lists of professionals and professional bodies, official websites of public bodies and published fees and stamp fees. For every price we mention we use at least three independent sources and we show them at the end of the guide.
The prices we give are ranges, with a low, a high and an average indicative price. The average is not a statistical market average. It is an estimate from the sources we reviewed.
What our prices are not
The prices are indicative and are not an offer or a commitment by any professional. The final cost depends on the area, the materials, the time of the work and the specific circumstances of each case. Always ask for a written quote before work starts.
Updates and corrections
Every guide shows the month in which the prices were last checked. Prices change, so we check and update the guides regularly. If you find a price that does not match your experience, or a mistake, write to us at info@kostizei.gr and we will check it.
